BoGobán is an art object of the Metamodern era, a device for the fine tuning of consciousness that facilitates a person’s entry into dialogue with the Universe. Every movement on the BoGobán board corresponds to a movement within the inner cosmos, activating and developing the dynamics of internal energetic states.
BoGobán offers a creative field in which psychological, strategic, and personal tasks can be addressed; situations can be played out; favorable solutions can be sought; feelings can be transformed; and goals and dreams can be explored and embodied. It is one of the most intellectually complex art objects in the history of contemporary art, grounded in Pavel Piskaryov’s doctoral dissertation “Metamodernism: An Integrative Theory of the Humanities.”
The BoGobán field is divided into eight parts and segmented into meaningful zones, each indicating concentrations and movements of forces. Through play, BoGobán allows one to enter into contact with their inner cosmos and recalibrate its settings.
When composing configurations on the board, one reconnects with the Self, with the energy of the Universe, and through this connection releases unconscious illusions and programs, discovering one’s authentic place.
To take a step forward requires effort. The stones mark key points of energetic movement. Each time they are shifted across the board, one gains a clearer understanding of their position — in the world, in ideas, aspirations, feelings, motivations, and in the position of the soul itself.
